How do I choose the right size?
A size chart is available on every product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
3. How much does shipping cost?
- West Malaysia: RM10
- East Malaysia: RM20
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue, and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some products are limited releases and may not return. Follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.
8. How should I wash my garment?
For best results:
- Wash inside out with cold water.
- Do not bleach.
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Avoid ironing directly on printed or embroidered areas.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, FPX online banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
10. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
11. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
