Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas.

International Shipping (Coming soon)

• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
